Repair Requests

If you think you received a defective item or the item doesn't fit, simply send it back to me within 20 days of receiving it, and I can fix it up and send it back to you. Repair times can take up to 10 business days. Remember to include a note with your name, order number, and what you want done to the jewelry. You can send it back however you like, but I listed a few options along with the return address below.   - Victoria

- Snail Mail - cost $0.55, no tracking, takes about 1 week. You can keep the box and mail just the jewelry back in a regular white envelope (wrapped in some tissue) with a forever stamp, by leaving it in your mailbox or dropping it off in a USPS blue box.

- USPS First Class online - cost $2-3, includes tracking# , takes 3 - 5 days. You can purchase an online label here: paypal.com/shiplabel/create/#
Enter 3 oz for weight.
Then leave the package in your mailbox or drop it off in a USPS blue box.
