Return Policy

If you think you received a defective item or the item doesn't fit, you can request a repair here.

If you just don't like the item, then you're always welcome to send it back within 20 days of receiving it to receive a refund. Processing times can take up to 10 business days. Remember to include a note with your name/order number. You can send it back however you like, but below are a few options along with the return address.

MAILING OPTIONS:

- Snail Mail - cost $0.55, no tracking, takes about 1 week. You can keep the box and mail just the jewelry back in a regular white envelope (wrapped in some tissue) with a forever stamp, by leaving it in your mailbox or dropping it off in a USPS blue box.

- USPS First Class online - cost $2-3.50, includes tracking# , takes 3 - 5 days. You can purchase an online label here:

Then leave the package in your mailbox or drop it off in a USPS blue box.

- USPS First Class in store - cost $3.50 - 4.50, includes tracking# , takes 3 - 5 days
